- Scope
- Services
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Fees
- Payment structure
- Communication method
- Other project-specific requirements
Only services included in the agreed scope are included in the project fee.
Requests for additional work outside the original scope may require additional fees or a revised project agreement.
Freelancer Tawhid reserves the right to discuss additional costs before performing substantial work outside the agreed scope.
5. Payment Terms
The standard payment arrangement is 50% advance payment before starting the project, with the remaining balance payable according to the agreed project terms.
However, payment arrangements may be modified through mutual discussion and agreement between Freelancer Tawhid and the client.
Possible arrangements may include:
- 50% advance and 50% upon completion
- Milestone-based payments
- Monthly payments
- Another payment structure agreed by both parties
The applicable payment arrangement for a specific project will be communicated and agreed before or during the project.
Work may not begin until the required initial payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be available depending on the circumstances of the project and the amount of work already completed.
Because SEO services involve research, analysis, implementation, strategy development, and other professional work, the refundable amount may depend on:
- Work already completed
- Deliverables already provided
- Third-party costs, where applicable
- Project stage
- The reason for cancellation
- The payment arrangement agreed for the project
If a refund is approved, the refundable amount and method will be discussed with the client.
Payments relating to work already completed may not be fully refundable.
7. Project Cancellation by the Client
A client may request cancellation of a project.
However, cancellation after work has started may result in a cancellation fee because time, research, planning, implementation, and other professional resources may already have been committed to the project.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a project after confirming the project but before substantial work begins, a cancellation fee of approximately 20%–30% of the agreed project fee may apply, depending on the circumstances and work already performed.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, the client may be required to pay up to 70% of the agreed project fee, depending on the stage of the project and the amount of work already completed or committed.
Any remaining refundable amount, if applicable, will be determined after considering the work completed and the applicable project terms.
These cancellation terms may be modified through a separate written agreement between Freelancer Tawhid and the client.
